Return of Goods
The consumer has the right to notify the company (at the following contact email address: email@example.com that he/she withdraws from the purchase agreement within 15 days after taking over the goods without having to state his/her reasons. The only costs that the consumer has in relation to withdrawing from the agreement are the costs of returning the goods. The goods shall be returned to the Provider within 30 days after submitting the notice of withdrawing from the agreement (purchase). The goods shall be returned undamaged and in the same quantity. The payment shall be returned as soon as possible, but in any case no later than within 30 days after receiving the notification on withdrawing from the agreement.
The form for returning the products is available on the back of the invoice that the customer receives with the shipped products. The customer also has the possibility of exchanging the product.
Instructions for Return of Goods
With online shopping, the buyer does not have the opportunity to physically inspect the products, so we enable the return of goods or withdrawing from the agreement (within the legally determined framework). As we wish this procedure to be as quick and simple for you as possible, we prepared a short list of what you should pay special attention to when shopping online:
- carefully open the packaging and maintain its original condition until you are completely certain that the product is appropriate,
- visible signs of use (dust, hair, scratches, stains, dirt, etc.) are unsuitable for return, as they are objectionable in terms of hygiene.
Products bought online are not meant to be used in the legally determined period for withdrawing from the agreement. The possibility to withdraw from the agreement means that you can open the product, inspect if it is appropriate for you or if your expectations were wrong and subsequently withdraw from the purchase. These recommendations do not apply if the product is out of order or malfunctions at the time of purchase. Such a product should be rejected and a complaint submitted.
Return of Damaged Packages
If upon accepting the package you notice that the product or the package displays signs of physical damage, its content is missing or the package shows signs of being opened, you need to file a complaint with the Post of Slovenia. The package should be brought to the post office that delivered the mail as soon as possible and post officers should fill in the Damaged Package Claim that you sign. Together with the Post of Slovenia, we will make sure that your complaint will be solved as soon as possible.
Under the valid legislation, the manufacturer is obliged to provide the buyer with a warranty of flawless operation of the purchased goods. The Buyer may enforce the warranty with a warranty certificate and the seller's invoice.
The manufacturer shall be obliged to implement the warranty repairs within 45 days from receipt of the goods. Failure to do so shall result in its obligation to replace the product with another equivalent and impeccable product.
The buyer may enforce the warranty with the seller and in such a case the provision from the previous paragraph again applies.
The return of goods under warranty is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions that the manufacturer listed in the warranty certificate and the buyer shall have no costs and expenses with the return.
If you wish to return the package at our costs, please arrange such a return with our colleagues available at firstname.lastname@example.org. Pursuant to this agreement, a postman shall be sent to your address to collect the package.
Note: other methods of returning the goods at our cost are excluded.
When returning a product to the seller, the form for the return of goods shall be attached. This form is available on the back of the invoice that the customer receives with the shipped products. Please attach a copy of the invoice.

We recommend that you use a delivery service offering package tracking and to appropriately prepare the goods for transport (you can use the original packaging or another appropriate and safe packaging).
Shipping costs are always covered by the sender, unless previously agreed otherwise. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery packages.
If you are enforcing a warranty claim, the fastest way to receive repaired goods is by enforcing the warranty directly with the manufacturer or its authorised servicing agent.
If you wish to return the product for any reason, you can do so. In such a case, only the exchange for a same or any other more expensive product from our offer is possible or we can reimburse the actually made payments.
The obtained bonus is not payable or returnable in any case.
